1. The Loyalty Discount Card is exclusive to customers specifically chosen by Thorburn Group, who are recognised as being particularly loyal to the company.

2. Customers must present their Discount card at checkout to be eligible for the discount.

3. This card entitles the card holder to a 20% discount on selected in-store products from Thorburn Group and is subject to change.

4. Discount will not be valid on non-qualifying products and brands, non-qualifying brands include, but are not limited to; Clipex, Tru Test, AGREX, Opico and Premier. Please contact us for the full list of non-qualifying items.

5. Thorburn Group reserve the right to update the list of non-qualifying products at any time.

6. The Discount Card is valid for all of 2024.

7. Thorburn Group cannot accept responsibility for your Discount Card if it is lost, stolen or damaged. Please Contact Us if something does happen to your card and Thorburn Group will arrange a replacement.

8. Thorburn Group are entitled to remove a customer’s discount card from them at any time, for any reason.

9. Any use or registration of the discount card is considered as acceptance of the terms and conditions.

10. The Discount Card, in whatever form, issued by and remains the property of Thorburn Group. Thorburn Group reserves the right at all times, in its absolute discretion, and without notice to not issues cards and to either amend these terms or on reasonable notice to terminate, withdraw or cancel cards. Thorburn Group reserve the right to amend the conditions of operation of the discount.

11. At the point of purchase goods remain the property of Thorburn Group until paid in full, no credit will be given.

12. All discount card holders must be a resident in the UK and be aged 18 years or over.

13. To be eligible for a discount card, customers must provide Thorburn Group with their personal details, including email address, home address and phone number. Customers must keep Thorburn Group informed of any changes to these personal details.

14. All personal information that Thorburn Group may collect during the registration of your Discount Card, will be collected, used, and held in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018. 15. Each account is entitled to a maximum of 10 discount cards, which can be distributed to family members and employees of said account owner.

16. Thorburn Group Discount cards cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded.

17. The Discount Card can only be used in Thorburn Group stores.
