What equipment do we use?

For each project we will use the Hilti PLT 300 Digital Layout Tool. This tool has allowed us to increase the speed of our setting out, while simultaneously improving accuracy, due to the advanced technology.

FAQS - Setting Out

What is the difference between foundation and groundworks?

Foundations are considered part of the groundwork family, as they are both types of work that is carried out before any building work begins. Groundworks refers to any work that is carried out to prepare the site for construction to begin, while foundations make up part of the building.

What type of foundation do you use?

We use concrete pad foundations since we are erecting large structural buildings, we need to use the strongest type of foundations to ensure our buildings are secure, endure the elements and stand for years to come. Every project and site is different therefore the foundation size and specification will differ depending on the conditions of the ground and building specification.
