Once the bales are loaded, spoilage and wastage are reduced. This works as the animals drop the feed inside the feeder and, therefore, continue to eat it. Unlike with a standard feeder, the animal drops and tramples on the food.
The Feed Bunker can accommodate both types of bales and has an additional number of feed spaces compared to the Ring Feeder, creating room for more animals.
